DESCRIPTION
Finchley Gate is located in North London and comprises three stand-alone buildings namely, Cooper, Gadd and Dove House. The buildings provide office accommodation for multiple tenants.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We undertake consultancy services for the property management company on the procurement of maintenance services and maintenance management. We provide an auditing role ensuring that the site is compliant with regulations, and that all maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with contractual obligations.
